Christmas Party

The annual Fire Department Christmas Party was held on Saturday, December 4th. at the Elks Lodge in Calabash. A good time was had by all.
The Firefighter of the Year Award was given to Vann Horne. The new members from Brunswick Plantation (Steve Eastman, Bill Hopkins, Tony Lombardo, Steve Miner and Charlie Torregrossa) received the Rookie Firefighters of the Year Award.
Chief Karl Bennett was also presented with an award in acknowledgement of his 50 years as a firefighter.
